Collect In-Store

Not going to be home to sign for a parcel? If you live locally, why not try our FREE Collect In-Store option? Simply select the Collect In Store shipping method at the checkout.

 

Your order should be available for collection within 24 hours  from the First Floor Counter at Aphrodite7-8 Vine Place, Sunderland, SR1 3NE, subject to passing our security checks. 

PLEASE NOTE: We will send an email to the address provided when the order is ready to be collected

The store opening hours are as follows: Monday - Saturday 9am - 5:30pm & Sunday 11am - 4pm.

 

BRING SOME FORM OF ID

When collecting your order, please ensure to bring your order number (provided in your confirmation email) and one piece of ID from the following list: bank card, driving license, proof of age card, cheque guarantee card, or passport. Should you wish to return any items to the store, they will be forwarded to the online team in order to process the refund or exchange. 

Please note, no refunds can be made in-store for orders placed online.

 

If you have not collected your order within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your payment. If you have any queries about the Collect in Store process, please do not hesitate to contact us

1.

Select the collect in-store option as the shipping method at the checkout stage when placing your order.

 

2.

When your order is ready for collection we will send you an email.

Please wait until you receive this email before heading to the store for collection. This will usually be within 2 business days*

*Please do not turn up to collect your order without this email. Your order will still be working its way through our dispatch process and won’t be ready for collection.

 

3.

Pop in-store to collect your order with your order number and ID.

Valid forms of ID – Bank card, driving license, proof of age card, passport, cheque guarantee card. If someone is collecting on your behalf, they will need your ID and order number.

  • How long will a collect in-store order take to be ready for collection?
    We aim to process and complete all collect in-store orders within 1 business day, subject to passing our security checks.

  • How will I know when my order is ready for collection?
    You will receive an email to confirm when your order is ready for collection, please do not arrive before receiving this email.

  • Will I need to bring anything with me to collect my order?
    Yes, in order to collect an order, we will need the order number (this is provided on your order confirmation email) along with one valid form of ID. Valid forms of ID include bank card, driving license, proof of age card, passport or cheque guarantee card.

  • Can someone collect an order on my behalf?
    Absolutely. However, they will need your order number and your ID (see the above answer for valid forms of ID).

  • How long do I have to collect my order?
    From the date we send 'your order is ready for collection’ email, you will have 21 days to collect your order from our store. If you have not collected your order within this time, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your payment. If you are having any issues getting to our store, please email or call our online orders department who will be happy to help.

  • Where do I collect my order from?
    All orders are to be collected from;
    Aphrodite
    7-8 Vine Place,
    Sunderland.
    SR1 3NE.

  • Can I return my order for an exchange/refund?
    Yes, all orders will come complete with a returns form that can be filled in and sent back to the returns address. Should you wish to return any items in-store, they will be forwarded to the online team to process the refund or exchange. This cannot be processed by our team in-store.
    No refunds can be made in-store for orders placed online.
