Aphrodite Clothing aims to provide you the customer with the best delivery services available. We use Royal Mail, DPD or Fedex services for our online orders, UK and abroad. The majority of orders placed weekdays before 3pm will be despatched the same day. A signature is required upon delivery and collection with all the services we use, including International. All deliveries are insured and trackable.

It’s easy, when you place your order online select the Collect In Store option at checkout. Your order will be available for collection the next working day from the First Floor Counter at Aphrodite, 8 Vine Place, Sunderland, SR1 3NE. We will also send an email confirming when the order is ready to be collected.
When collecting it please bring your order number, you will find this on your confirmation email, and one piece of ID from the following list: bank card, driving license, prove it age card, cheque guarantee card or passport.
Should you return any item(s) to store they will forwarded on to the online team for refund. No refunds can be made in store.
UK 1st Class Tracked - £2.50

We offer a first class tracked service on orders that total less than £50.00. Selecting this option means the delivery should take place within 2-3 working days, if you require your delivery sooner the Express Delivery option must be chosen.
UK Express Delivery - £5.00
Order before 3pm on Monday 23 December for delivery by Tuesday 24 December 2013
Express Delivery is available on all orders, by choosing Express delivery your order should be delivered the next working day, providing the order has been placed before 3pm. (Saturday and Sundays are classed as non-working days)
UK Saturday Delivery - £8.00
Order before 3pm on Friday 20 December for delivery by Saturday 21 December 2013
Saturday Delivery is available on all orders at an extra charge, please note Saturday Deliveries must be submitted by 3pm on the Friday prior, any orders placed with Saturday Delivery after 3pm will not be delivered that coming Saturday.

For all European and International orders we use Royal Mail's Priority Airmail, DPD or FedEx services. A quote can be obtained at checkout time as the cost varies country by country. We reserve the right to use whichever service is the most cost effective for International Express. These are the fastest available but are not guaranteed for any specific date. Deliveries to Europe take approximately 3-5 working days and countries outside of the EU normally take 7-10 working days. These times are an estimate and whilst we rarely experience delays, we have to allow a full 25 working days for all international deliveries.
We offer Tax Free shopping for non-EU customers and this is automatically deducted at checkout time
Please note that some orders may be held back to undergo additional security checks and if your order is above 2kg we may charge actual shipping cost but will contact you first. You may also be asked to produce additional information to confirm your address or identity. Aphrodite reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. For International orders any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Once your order has been dispatched, you can log into your account on the Aphrodite Clothing website and check your order tracking number. This can be found by clicking 'My Orders' and clicking the selected order.
The relevant tracking number will be at the bottom of the order page in red text and tracked throughout its journey to you.

Christmas Returns Policy
During the festive season to help our customers buy items with more confidence any Christmas gift purchases made from Aphrodite1994 Online from today 24th October 2013 through December 2013 may be returned until 6th January 2014 for exchange (subject to availability) or online credit subject to the normal terms and conditions listed below.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS RETURNS POLICY APPLIES TO WEBSITE ORDERS ONLY. THE RETURNS POLICY AT OUR SUNDERLAND STORE IS EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE ONLY.
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase Aphrodite Clothing will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming the item(s) are returned and received by us within 14 days from the date of purchase and they are in line with our returns policy.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with all tags, labels and or packaging where applicable.
- All items must be in the original and re-saleable condition.
- No evidence of fragrance or deodorant marks.
- With footwear, the box must be protected with an outer packaging layer, as the box is part of the product.
- The Return Form must be completed; any missing information may result in your return not being processed.
- Underwear is non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
When you receive your order a returns form will be included in the package. Please ensure the form has been completed and is included in the parcel. If you are returning for an exchange please complete the return form included in your parcel. Your first exchange will be re-posted free of charge; if you require a further exchange from the same order your registered card will be charged £5.00 for Next Day Delivery on UK orders (from £10.00 for EU and from £17.50 for Non-EU.) If the Payment was originally made using PayPal we will send a request within PayPal for the re-postage charge.
Please fill in the returns form included in your package and let us know the reason you would like a refund. We will normally refund the cost of the garment on your registered card upon the day we receive the return (excluding weekends).

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any return postage/packaging charges. Please ensure the return parcel is securely packaged to avoid any damage whilst it is in transit. We advise to use an insured and tracked service as we cannot take responsibility for items lost/damaged on return to us, should this occur it would have to be taken up with whichever postal/courier services you chose to use.
