It’s the start of a new month, and that means it’s once more time for a fresh round of adidas pre-order sneakers. This month the focus is on two very different but equally iconic adidas models: the Gazelle and the New York.

The Gazelle is, of course, a staple of the Originals release schedule, but this time around the models on offer are particularly handsome, with smooth premium leather uppers set atop gum soles in classic black and red colourways with clean white and tonal red stripes respectively. The use of leather rather than the usual suede really smartens up the shoe and gives something a little bit different than the norm. Elsewhere it’s business as usual, with the classic moulded tongue, toe overlay and gold-stamped callout all intact for a truly classic look.

Meanwhile the New York continues its welcome recent return with two subtle colourways of black and khaki with suede and mesh uppers, while both styles are set off with metallic silver accents to the heel and 3 Stripes for a little extra flash. Elsewhere finds the D-ring lacing, Dellinger web sole unit and aggressive outsole tread intact, providing the all-day comfort and unique styling the New York is legendary for.

All four styles will be available for pre-order from the 1^st of August, with delivery expected sometime in September.
