adidas and Belgian fashion superstar Raf Simons are back at it again with the latest iteration of their highly sought-after Ozweego running silhouette, this time dressed up in split colourways in militaristic khaki and bold black and red.

 

Tapping into the ongoing trend for oversized kicks, the Ozweego III is built upon a chunky, decoupled adiprene sole unit, with a hardwearing adiwear outsole tread to keep grip no matter the weather. The uppers sport an eclectic mix of materials, with supple premium leather standing in stark contrast to utilitarian canvas and twill, with raised piping along the whole length of the shoe, dividing the colours in half, and the iconic translucent latex bubbles feature prominently to the lateral and medial sides, along with the tongue. The black and red version also features a metallic hit to the heel area for some extra futuristic flash. Branding comes in the form of the designer’s name to the tongue and a tonal Three Stripe applique to the heel.
