About the APC Brand

APC which stands for Atelier de Production et de Création was founded in 1987 by Tunisian Jewish fashion designer Jean Touitou. The APC brand has become renowned for its minimalist, embellishment free and well-tailored designs. Believing that clothes should never overshadow the personality of the wearer, they have stuck by this philosophy and season after season produces in trend staple pieces for the every-mans wardrobe.

The clothing features clean lines, simple patterns, and the logos are hidden on the inside with exception to the few garments with the logo printed onto the front. One of the brand’s most popular products is raw-denim selvage jeans. The denim is Japanese Selvage which is very popular with denim enthusiasts as it fades quickly allowing them to create their desired amount of distress.

While trends will come and go, there is something reassuring that the APC brand continues to create classic silhouettes that will last longer than one season.

Celebs Wearing APC

APC have proven popular with celebrities. Especially their jeans range which have been seen on the likes of Adam Levine, Zac Efron, Kevin Hart and Kanye West, who is a good friend of Jean Touitou.

APC Collaborations

The APC brand has supported a few different collaborations but the biggest are Nike, Outdoor Voices and Kanye West, they had two collaborations together. APC stuck to their brand’s minimalist ethos throughout the collaborations but still adding a twist from the adjoining brand.
