The 2002R sports a retro “Dad Trainer” aesthetic, an offers incredible comfort thanks to the Abzorb cushioning technology and stability web that can be found in the sole. New Balance like to mix it up when it comes to the upper, while its more often seen being constructed using  a breathable mesh and  premium suede, it isn’t uncommon to see leather and nubuck overlays thrown into the mix.
