In 2016, in honour of their 110^th year of operation, New Balance tasked their Tokyo Design Studio with creating a new lifestyle model celebrating both their rich heritage and modern innovations. Thus, the ML2016 was born. A year later, the silhouette returns for a new release.

Built upon a similar last shape to their vintage runner models, the ML2016 combines a seamless upper in soft premium leather with a technical Abzorb sole unit. As a lifestyle model, it also features luxurious padding coupled with leather lining to keep you comfortable all day long. Finished with considered details such as a reflective hit to the rear collar, hardwearing gum rubber outsole and subtle perforated ‘N’ logo, the ML2016 makes the perfect minimal runner for those longer summer days.
