Canada Goose Chilliwack Bomber Jacket in Graphite. An ode to North Canadian aviation, Canada Goose’s Chilliwack bomber supplies the insulation, robustness and flexibility that post-war pilots would have desired in yesteryear.
Made in Canada, the jacket offers an ever-durable poly-cotton outer that grants the wearer natural wind and water resistance, Internally, an incredibly warming, sustainably sourced down fill offers top-of-the-range temperature regulation and heat retention, thanks to an 80:20 ratio of duck down to duck feather and a 625 fill power. Canada Goose is proud of their technology-based Arctic Tech that can withstand temperatures up to -20°c.
The garment is cut to hip length for improved mobility and has in-built elasticated cuffs and hemline for extra warmth and comfort. Speaking of warmth, this piece features an American-sourced natural fur hood trim, which is removable from the product with a simple zip if desired, and can be switched with other trims from the Canada Goose range. The hood of the jacket has wire framing to allow the wearer to shape the Chilliwack Bomber to their specific needs. Other features include reinforced elbows, two handwarmer pockets, two high-hand pockets and a sleeve pen pocket, as well as an interior drop-in pocket.
Letting their iconic jacket do the talking, Canada Goose keeps branding to a minimum on this piece with some simple lettering to the bottom left pocket and the brand's instantly-recognisable disc logo on the left arm.
