Crafted from a full grain leather upper from the strongest most durable form of leather that has been put through the brand's set of six tests, checking for durability and flexibility, all Danner boots are built to last. Don’t be mistaken by weight vs quality as they come in at a lightweight 35 oz per pair, but by no means has the quality been reduced. The modernised stitch-down construction combines Danner’s traditional stitch-down technique with cup sole construction to help give a lightweight flexible boot, while keeping the classic Danner look.

Waterproof Gore-Tex lining has been added to the construction process, making these 100% waterproof and breathable, ensuring no water gets in, whilst allowing sweat and moisture to get out, keeping your feet cool and dry. A removable Ortholite footbed adds maximum comfort and cushioning while the midsole comes in the shape of Vibram SPE, boasting all the properties of the traditional EVA midsole, but with extra durability and support. Next comes the outsole. Danner’s exclusive Vibram 917 outsole, featuring XS Trek rubber compound for optimal balance, durability and traction in wet conditions in urban environments.

Other features of the boot include elasticated collar details for a better fit, branding to the tongue and heel, speckled detailing to the outsole and a mixture of D-ring and hooked eyelets for a sturdy fasten.
