Aphrodite Returns

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS RETURNS POLICY APPLIES TO WEBSITE ORDERS ONLY. THE RETURNS POLICY AT OUR SUNDERLAND STORE IS EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE ONLY.

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase Aphrodite will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming the item(s) are returned and received by us within 21 days of receipt and they are in line with our returns policy.

  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with all tags attached, labels, and or packaging where applicable.
  • All face masks are non-returnable.
  • Any pierced jewellery is non-returnable.
  • All items must be in the original and re-saleable condition. 
  • No evidence of fragrance or deodorant marks.
  • With footwear, the box must be protected with an outer packaging layer, as the box is part of the product.
  • The Return Form must be completed; any missing information may result in your return not being processed.
  • Underwear is non-returnable for hygiene reasons. 
  • Faulty items may need to be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist.

 

When you receive your order a returns form will be included in the package. Please ensure the form is completed and included in the return parcel.  If for any reason you do not have a returns form or have any other problems when returning your order please contact us by phone at 0191 5675898 (option 2) or email [email protected] where an advisor will be happy to help.  Any goods returned that are not in line with the returns policy will not be accepted.

 

Returns for UK Customers

Please fill in the returns form included in your package and let us know the reason you would like a refund. We will normally refund the cost of the garment on the original payment method. We process returns as soon as possible, but during busy periods, including sale time, there may be a slight delay. If the enclosed Royal Mail label is used to return your item(s), a fee of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund.

Please also ensure proof of postage is obtained.

If an alternative courier of your choice is used, the customer must pay the return charges. Aphrodite cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur in transit. We advise you to use an insured and tracked service as we cannot take responsibility for items lost/damaged on return to us, should this occur it would have to be taken up with whichever postal/courier services you chose to use.

If you are returning for an exchange please complete the return form included in your parcel.  For UK customers your first exchange will be re-posted free of charge; if you require a further exchange from the same order your registered card / PayPal Account will be charged £6.99 for Express Delivery on UK orders (from £10.00 for EU and from £19.50 for Non-EU.) 

 

Returns for International Customers

Please fill in the returns form included in your package and let us know the reason you would like a refund. We will normally refund the cost of the garment on the original payment method. We process returns as soon as possible, but during busy periods, including sale time, there may be a slight delay.

Please mark the customs declaration as a RETURN to avoid additional customs charges, if the parcel is not clearly marked, we have the right to deduct these charges from your refund. We do not offer a prepaid return service for international returns, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the return charges and Aphrodite cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur in transit. 

International customers will be contacted to request the cost of postage on any exchange.  If any charges are incurred by ourselves for returned items from outside of the UK this amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

For faulted goods please contact [email protected] within 6 months of purchase. Any item returned as faulty (if worn) will be subject to inspection and may need to be returned to the brand to determine that the garment has a manufacturing fault, once confirmed we will offer either a replacement/repair or refund.

Post Your Return

 

Once the return request has been approved, you will be emailed a shipping label or QR code. Please complete your returns form, package up the goods, and take them to your local Post Office.

Remember to ask for proof of postage receipt!

Await Your Confirmation

 

Once received, we'll process the return and send an email to confirm. Please allow 3-5 working days from the date we receive the return.


UK Customers: For UK returns, there is a returns charge of £3.99 per order. The cost of your return will need to be pre-paid when you register your return through the portal. Alternatively, please feel free to use a courier of your choice. Aphrodite accepts no liability for damage or loss.

International Customers: We do not offer a prepaid return service for international returns; it is the customer's responsibility to pay the return charges, and Aphrodite cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur in transit.

Yes! Please register the return through the portal and complete the bottom part of the return form stating which item you would like to return and your desired exchange. You will be contacted regarding any difference in price. The stock for the exchange is not reserved in the meantime.

Absolutely! If you live locally, you can return your order to our Sunderland Store. Please also ensure your returns form is complete so that this can be processed by the web returns department.
