These shoes are constructed using calf leather on the exterior of the upper, offering a durable and timeless finish that, when looked after correctly, will last a lifetime. Internally a soft goat leather allows for a comfortable feel, the exterior and interior aren't glued together like most shoes, but instead are sewn to each other in order to increase breathability within the shoe's leather.

The upper of the shoe is attached to a chunky rubber sole through a process called the 'Norwegian Double Welt'. also known as the 'storm welt' this process uses two visible lines of stitching and attaches the upper and sole in a way that offers superior water resistance in comparison to other welts. This makes the Paraboot Michael a perfect option for year-round wear.
