FINANCE & ACCOUNTS MANAGER

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Manager to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for the financial and management accounting for the business each month. The role will consist of, but not limited to, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, making payments, completing VAT returns, managing stock costs and monthly management accounts. Year end procedures will be undertaken as will our monthly payroll duties.

You will also be responsible for financial planning and forecasting, cost analysis (alongside the buying department) and budget preparation. The business is looking to gain better visibility on all aspects of financial reporting which will also require some creation of such systems and procedures for month and year end reporting.

Applicants should be either qualified by experience or AAT qualified and will have a minimum of 5 years accounting experience, either from industry or practice. You must demonstrate a genuine interest and enjoyment in managing all aspects of finance, happy to reconcile invoices as well as prepare budgets.

We are looking for an individual with impeccable communication skills to enable you to work closely with various departments within Aphrodite as well as external agencies. This skill will also prove useful when providing key financial knowledge to the business owners.

Applicants should be proficient with the use of Sage, however knowledge of cloud based packages such as Xero or Quickbooks would be useful. The ability to use Excel with ease is a requirement.

MALE MODELS

The Aphrodite Content Team is looking for male models to join our Sunderland studio. 


Working within a photography studio and occasionally various indoor and outdoor locations, your role will be to model clothing for use on our website, aiding the sale of products online. You will be required to model for a mix of e-commerce and editorial shoots on a flexible, part time basis. All levels of experience are welcomed, however experience is advantageous. This role is open to applicants 18+ only.


The role will involve a mix of editorial photoshoots for promotion / marketing and e-commerce shoots, to demonstrate product fit. Our models work alongside and take direction from our photographers and stylist, with the flexibility to work across a mix of well known designer brands. The ability to adapt to studio and location shoots for editorial, where appropriate, is essential.

Due to the nature of this role it is necessary you are the following measurements: 
Height: 5’8” - 6’2”
Chest: 38-42” (UK M-L)
Waist: 32”
