FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you remove VAT for international/non EU deliveries?

Yes, when ordering for delivery outside the EU the VAT will be deducted automatically at the checkout.  Please note any currency conversions shown are an estimate provided by an external financial body.

2. How does ___ fit?

Size charts for each brand are available on the site, if you require any specific measurements please email [email protected]

3. Do you have ____ in stock?

All available stock is live and shown online; if items are in the sale, they are unlikely to become available again.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, please advise us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order to avoid the goods being shipped. If delivery has taken place, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt to request cancellation and the goods must be returned to us in the same condition as they were received.

5. Can I return goods?

Yes, we allow orders to be returned for a refund if they are shipped back within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received in and this includes the box if ordering shoes. 

6. When will my delivery take place? Does it need signing for?

Yes, every service we use requires a signature when delivery takes place.  Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will normally be delivered the next working day if express delivery is selected (unless Saturday is chosen and paid for) please note that orders placed after 3pm Fri will not be received until the following Tuesday due to Courier pick up times (excluding Bank Holidays.) If the customers places an order for less than £50.00 the £2.50 tracked option will be available which is 2-3 working days.  We use DPD, Royal Mail and FedEx for both UK and International deliveries.

7. Can I pick up from store?

Yes, all items are available to be collected in our Sunderland store within 2 working days of ordering. Simply select the Collect in Store option at checkout and we will contact you via email when the order is ready.

8. Are shoes shown in UK sizes?

Yes shoes are shown in UK sizes. You can find EU and American size conversion within the size charts.

9. Can I pay using PayPal?

Yes, both UK and international customers can pay quickly and securely using PayPal. On some occasions extra security checks may be required, under which circumstances we will contact you via the details provided in your order.

10. The item(s) I bought are now on sale. Can I have the difference refunded?

We do appreciate how frustrating this can be; however, as our prices are adjusted in accordance with trends, customer demand and stock availability we are, therefore, unable to refund the difference in price when an item you have purchased goes into sale. You are welcome to return the item for a full refund and then re-order the item at its marked down price, provided it is returned in accordance with our returns policy. Please note, we cannot reserve stock for customers, so all subsequent purchases are fulfilled on a first-come-first-served basis.
