  8. After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the Goods. All orders are subject to our acceptance and product availability, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail confirming that the goods have been shipped (Shipping Confirmation). The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Shipping Confirmation.

    1. The Contract will relate only to those Goods whose shipping we have confirmed in the Shipping Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Goods which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Goods has been confirmed in a separate Shipping Confirmation.
    2. If a delivery does not take place on the expected date we have 30 days from the date of the claim being raised to investigate with the courier.
    3. Any claims of goods not received within the UK must be reported within the first 10 days after dispatch.  Investigations can take up to 30 days to complete and the outcome of which will be dependent on the investigation and each case will be looked at on an individual basis.
    4. Compensation for loss may not be payable: Where the item is not fully and correctly addressed in a manner that includes all the elements of the postal address (including the Door Number and full postcode). It is the customer's responsibility to check the details are correct when placing the order.
    5. Any claims against DPD (both UK and International) must be reported within the first 14 days after dispatch.
    6. If delivery takes place and a claim is raised for missing goods or damage we have 30 days from the date the complaint is raised with the courier, the outcome of which will be dependent on the investigation and each case will be looked at on an individual basis.
    7. For DPD deliveries: If a signature, or delivery image has been captured, or an access code has been given to the driver to deliver the parcel, this is proof of delivery and you accept full responsibility for the goods.
    8. How does DPD - PIN delivery work?
When delivering the parcel, the driver will ask the recipient for a PIN code, which he then enters into the scanner. Each PIN code is unique, it is created separately for each shipment. On the day of parcel delivery, the recipient will receive a unique PIN code via e-mail or SMS message. In case the recipient is not able to receive the parcel, the PIN code can be distributed to an authorized person (family member or friend) so that they can receive the parcel on behalf of the recipient. Because the PIN code acts as a personal identification, caution is advised when transferring the PIN code to another person. When receiving a parcel with a PIN code, additional written confirmation is no longer required.
    9. If a pin-code has been provided to the driver, this is proof of delivery and you accept full responsibility for the goods.
    10. Orders of Moncler items and items valued over £300 can only be delivered to the delivery address supplied at the time of ordering and will require a pin-code.
DPD will send a unique PIN code in advance of the arrival of your delivery and this must be quoted back to the driver before the parcel can be released.
    11. Aphrodite Clothing Ltd is entitled to refuse any order placed by you without being required to give any reason to you. We will refuse any order which we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or illegal.
    12. Aphrodite Clothing Ltd reserves the right to cancel an order at any time.

    14. If you have received a damaged or faulty item, Aphrodite Clothing must be notified within 14 days of receipt.
    15. If you request the parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, Aphrodite accepts no liability for loss.
    16. It is the customers responsibility to notify the courier of any damage to the parcel before accepting the delivery, if the damage is not recorded at this point, Aphrodite accepts no liability.
  9.  If you wish to cancel the order please contact Aphrodite as soon as possible to avoid the goods being shipped, if the order has already been shipped and the goods received, you have 14 days to contact Aphrodite and advise you wish to cancel the contract, you then have  14 days to return the item to us in the same condition as it was received, any costs incurred to return the goods to us are the responsibility of the customer.  Aphrodite will always attempt to cancel goods prior to dispatch when requested, however, this may not always be possible.

  10. Once an order has been placed, it’s too late for us to change any of the details (including the delivery address). If an amendment is required, the order would need to be cancelled and replaced.
  11. A UK Return label can be purchased through our online return portal or alternatively,  you may use a courier of your own choice.
