Y3 Qasa High Triple Black

Y-3 Qasa High Premium Arrives

After exploding onto the sneaker scene only a few seasons ago, the Qasa has proven to be one of Y-3’s most successful ever silhouettes, finding itself alongside styles such as the Boxing and Sprint. Since the Qasa’s introduction, Y-3 have since produced a plethora of colour ways and materials that have all been massive successes. Perhaps the most successful, the triple black, returns this season but has been re-invented with a host of more premium materials that retain the details that make the Qasa so great.

A lightweight crinkled leather base forms the underlying lining to the shoe, with super soft suede elastic straps overlapping the under laye r in signature Qasa style. Further suede hints can be found at the lace lock and toe box which add a previously unseen luxury feel to the futuristic silhouette. As per previous Y-3’s, their iconic branding can be found at the heel, with subtle Yohji Yamamoto retaining its place at the end of the midsole.

Successfully adding more luxury to the now staple style, the Y3 Qasa High Premium Triple Black is available now for £375.

adidas Equipment ADV – Core Black

adidas have had an amazing year and are continuing this trend with the introduction of the adidas Equipment ADV. With initial colour ways selling out extremely quickly, adidas have matched their popular triple white colour way with a complementary triple black colour way that pulls together a variety of materials and shapes to give a shoe that epitomises adidas’ commitment to forward thinking styles with influence from the past.

Taking inspiration from the classic Equipment Runner, the Equipment ADV is updated with a much more dynamic aesthetic. A mesh upper provides flexibility and breathability and revolutionises the fit of the Equipment silhouette. A TPU ankle strap adds a new dynamic touch to the ADV whilst adding support to the heel. Synthetic overlays add further support and structure to the lightweight mesh upper, with signature adidas branding found at the side panel and tongue. A matching black EQT lace tab pays homage to the inspiration of the shoe, with a modern Equipment branded tab showing the shift to a more modern aesthetic. A compression moulded EVA midsole and EVA outsole adds lightweight cushioning and comfort to complete the ADV.

The triple black adidas Equipment ADV in Core Black will be available to buy from the 1st July.

Adidas Spezial – Light Grey / White – S81821

Adidas Pre-Order Trainers For June

It’s the beginning of the month again, which can only mean one thing, brand new styles from adidas Originals ready to be pre-ordered. One of our favourite styles this month has to be the iconic Spezial in a fresh light grey / white colourway.

The Spezial silhouette was released in 1979, as an indoor lightweight sneaker for adidas native homeland’s handball tournament. The Spezial was designed to combat the sport’s short sharp movements and heavy friction from the players.

The key features to this style are its high quality suede upper exterior which creates a superior cushioning to the wearer. The upper sits upon a thick textured gum sole, with the iconic three stipes to the side panels in a contrasting white leather.
