It seems like Raf Simons can do no wrong lately; as well as his own influential fashion range and designing for the legendary Calvin Klein, he also has a range of widely acclaimed and sought-after collaborations with brands as diverse as Fred Perry, Eastpak and adidas. It’s the latter that has perhaps generated the most hype amongst sneakerheads and fashion influencers alike, thanks to avant-garde designs like the now-iconic Ozweego range, which returns here in a pair of surprisingly versatile tonal colourways.

The Ozweego III has canvas uppers with heavily layered premium leather overlays, with nylon piping running around the whole silhouette, highlighted by the iconic latex ‘pods’ that stud the uppers and tongue with a futuristic aesthetic. This is all set atop the iconic, oversized adiprene sole unit, with its two-piece decoupled design giving a chunky, aggressive look. Branding is kept to a minimum as usual, with a tonal 3 Stripe motif to the heel, along with the designer’s name to the tongue. Fans of this silhouette are sure to be pleased by these latest colourways, which really highlight the design features of the shoe without being overly bright and ostentatious.
