Saucony Scoop Pack – Vanilla Strawberry

After the huge reaction to the first installment for the Saucony ‘Scoop Pack’, we can proudly announce the second segment of the collection will be a Vanilla and Strawberry colourway and we can certainly say these are set to be one of the must have trainers this season. Heavily inspired by summer, these trainers have been given the classic Strawberry and Vanilla ice cream colourway, adding that cool summer feel to your feet.

Based on the G9 Shadow 6 silhouette which is one of the brands most celebrated heritage profiles, these sneakers bring together the classic Saucony sole unit from the Grid 9000 with the upper from the Shadow 5000 and 6000, creating the G9 Shadow 5’s. This relationship was first tested in 2012 with great response, subsequently being brought to life through the collaboration with Boston based boutique Bodega in 2012. The buttery suede upper in a pink and red colourway is contrasted beautifully with the vanilla panelling to the heel and midsole. The ice cream theme continues throughout the design, including to the inner sole which boasts a melting ice cream cone, spoon detail to the tongue complete with 3 changeable laces all presented in a special box with cone wrapping adding authenticity to this extremely well executed pack.

The Saucony G9 Shadow 5 ‘Scoops Pack’ in Vanilla Strawberry will be officially released on Friday 15^th online and in-store.
